Our sea moss is 100% natural, fresh, and although pasteurized please keep refrigerated for ultimate freshness. Gels-The shelf life is 3-4 weeks. Dry Sea moss- Unopened store at room temperature (cool, dark, dry place): shelf life is 12 months when stored in an airtight, moisture-proof pouch.

All our products are 100% fresh all natural. We cannot accept returns on consumable and perishable products. Please follow the instructions for storing. We are dedicated to ensuring quality of products and service. Once orders are shipped we cannot be held responsible for broken glass jars caused by carrier handling. However, if damage occurs please contact customer service at support@williamsharvest.com within 24 hours of order delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect orders. You will need to include photos of packaging and the product. Verified items will be processed accordingly for refund or replacement.

Our products are manufactured in the US and shipped both locally and globally. Most orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and usually arrive within 7-10 business days, may vary depending on weather conditions and location.
